2205373 - Attachments added in ME42/ME43 not visible in ME47/ME48 (and vice versa)

Symptom

You add an attachment to a request for quotation (RFQ) in transaction ME42, ME43 or ME44 via the Services for Object (Generic Object Services, GOS) button.

When you process the RFQ in ME47/ME48 (and convert it into a quotation), the attachment is not visible.

The same behavior can be observed if the attachment is added in ME47/ME48: then it is not visible in ME42, ME43 or ME44.
