2205523 - How to find a E-verify Case Verification Number - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

Could not find the case verficiation number that was issued for the candidate.

Reproducing the Issue

In the E-verify Work Queue did not know where to find the E-verify Case Verfication number issued for the candidate by DHS.

Cause

Did not know where in the Work Queue to find the E-verify Case Verification Number

Resolution

  1. In E-verify work queue go to the candidate's activity
  2. Click on the magnifying Icon.

    3.This will open a new screen and the Case Verification number will appear.
