2205625 - startsap/sapcontrol spend much time because listener startup/connections hang in Oracle 11g

Symptom

startsap/sapcontrol spend much time to startup SAP system, and after that, it is still not possible to logon via SAPGUI.

R3trans -d failed with returned code 012 (ORA-03135: connection lost contact).

All dev traces files show "ORA-03135: connection lost contact".

Environment

DB: Oracle 11.1.0.6 to 11.2.0.3

OS: Unix
