Symptom
- When resending an Email from transaction SOST using the 'Repeat Send' button and option 'Send to same recipients again' in the pop-up, even though there is no Error within SAP the resent Email never reaches the recipient.
No new entry is generated in SOST for resent email, instead the old email (send request) is placed back in send queue for sending - When resending the Email using the 'Repeat Send' button and option 'Change Recipients before sending', then enter the same recipient Email address in the pop-up, an new entry is created in SOST and the resent Email reaches the recipient
