Symptom
- When resending an Email from transaction SOST using the 'Repeat Send' button and option 'Send to same recipients again' in the pop-up, even though there is no Error within SAP the resent Email never reaches the recipient.
- No new entry is generated in SOST for resent email, instead the old email (send request) is placed back in send queue for sending
- When resending the Email using the 'Repeat Send' button and option 'Change Recipients before sending', then enter the same recipient Email address in the pop-up, an new entry is created in SOST and the resent Email reaches the recipient
- New entry generated for the resent email in SOST
