2205992 - Deleting Sales Order Line Items Does Not Release the Confirmed Quantity

Symptom

When working in parallel sessions, a line item is deleted from a sales order, but the corresponding quantities are not released. The locked quantities remain visible in transaction SM12.

As a result, these quantities cannot be allocated to another order.
