2205992 - Deleting line items in sales orders does not release the confirmed quantity

Symptom

When working with parallel sessions you delete a line item from a sales order but these quantities are not released. It is still possible to see the locked quantities in SM12. 

Because of that you are not able to allocate these quantities to another order.
