2206500 - How to Print or Save as PDF in People Profile

Symptom

  • It is now possible to preview and print the new People Profile as a PDF.
  • There is a new option allowing users to print or save an Employee Profile using the Take Action feature.

Resolution

Print/Save as PDF is a feature allowing users to choose the information they would like to print or create PDF. It provides a print preview of the selected profile page.

REQUIRED: People Profile should be enabled in the instance.

To use this feature:

  1. Go to Employee Profile of user
  2. Select Take Action > Print/PDF

  1. Print the entire page will print all the information as seen in My Employee File:

  1. Print selected parts will print only the checked options or sections:

  1.  Select Preview, then either Save as PDF or Print.
