2206579 - InvocationTargetException error on transmit

Symptom

A mobile client user's transmit errors out.  The Agentry client indicates 'Server Error - please contact your administrator (13)' during the update to the complex table ctCatalogProfile. 

The error in the Agentry server log shows the following:
