2206591 - Error when opening the Agentry server as a GUI: Entry point not found.

Symptom

When opening the stand-alone Agentry server as a GUI, the following appears in a message box:

Caption:  AgentryGUI.exe - Entry Point Not Found

Message: The procedure entry point ?writeToSocket@StreamSocket@@MEAAHPEBD_K_N@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library agserv.dll.

The issue does not occur when starting Agentry as a service.
