2206689 - How to send complete error details, including internal information from failed batch job using smtp_to() function

The errors encountered during batch job execution are not send with internal information when using smtp_to() funtion in batch job

for example, if the batch job failed with error when connecting to SAP Application, following text from error log is sent in the body of the email message

Cannot connect to SAP Applications datastore <*****> using host <*****>,client <*****>, user <*****>, and  system number <*****>. Please make sure the SAP server is running and the login information is correct. This message contains some internal system details which have been hidden forsecurity. If you need to see the full  contents of the original message, ask your administrator to assign additional privileges to your account.
