2207004 - ESI - SOAP 1.2 is not available for Web Service runtime configurations in SOAMANAGER

SOAP 1.2 Protocol is not available for Web Service communication. This applies to both when SAP is the provider or the consumer of a Web Service.

To identify a SOAP 1.2 request, check the following:

• The Content-Type of the SOAP 1.2 message is "application/soap+xml". In case of SOAP 1.1, it is "text/xml".
• SOAP 1.2 uses "http://www.w3.org/2003/05/soap-envelope" as the SOAP envelope namespace. In case of SOAP 1.1, it is "http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/".
