2207079 - SAP User with an expired or initial pass receives error when logging into BI launchpad

Symptom

  • "Account information not recognized: You must change your password" when attempting to login to BI launchpad with SAP user that has an expired or initial password
  • It's possible depending on where you are logging in, or product version that you will see a variation of the error above. If the error is caused by initial or expired password then this KBA is still relevant.(same with AD or LDAP)
