2207633 - Search for "IT" not returning jobs - Recruiting Marketing

When searching for the "IT" keyword, it returns 0 jobs or the wrong jobs are displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK)

Currently, our keyword search system does not offer the ability to search for jobs by typing the keyword “IT”, as well other terms as “IS” and “OR”. These terms are known as “RMK Stop Words” that cannot be searched for in Solr, and any of the searchable indexes in RMK. If you use any of these terms, the search results will return “0” jobs, even if a job has that content.

A workaround is to substitute “IT” for “Information Technology”, for example, or also to build a Strategy Page specifically for IT jobs.
