2207671 - RFC system error in STMS

Symptom

When configuration STMS or changing TMSADM password there is the following error:

ConnectionBroken.PNG

Or during a check in the transport tools there is a 'Connection to partner broken' error.

In the gateway trace of the system you are running STMS you can see the following error:

Dev_rd:

ConnectionError.PNG

And in the target system, around the same time, you can see entries similar to the below:
