2207901 - Attachments get corrupted when uploaded through application endpoint - SMP3

Symptom

Attachments (e.g. images) get corrupted when uploaded through application endpoint in SMP3.

When connecting directly to gateway backend without internal rewrite, attachment works without issues.

Publishing is done via /IWBEP/IF_MGW_APPL_SRV_RUNTIME~GET_STREAM method and tagged as media resource in the service.

 For example,

https://<host>:8083/gateway/odata/<name>/<SERVICE>;v=1/AttachmentSet(AttachmentID='S557512DA4F705010E10080000A2A0126')/$value - WORKS OK

but

http://<host>:8080/<com.app.name>/AttachmentSet(AttachmentID='S557512DA4F705010E10080000A2A0126')/$value - DOESN'T WORK
