2208113 - OB Reports - Classifier and Agent Classifier Results are not matching classifier marked in exported Outbound Campaign (No Classifer)

Symptom

  • You are comparing the exported OB Campaign results agains the Online Outbound Reports (for example, the Agent Classifier Report3 - dialy).
  • Results don't mach, but you realize that this is because there are some entries classified as "No Classifer".
  • Combining those entries gives the expected results.
