The translation for a given dialog box text is not being handled correctly by client or server.
The dialog box text is configured to display based on a rule which checks the status of the Work Order.
The dialog box text is configured/defined as a Global parameter.
In this particular instance, the client is using the multi-language feature of Agentry and all of the required files reside in the localizations subdirectory.
