Symptom
- You cannot log in to SC (System Configurator), despite the fact that the user and password you entered is correct
- In SC log, you see the following error almost immediately after the SC logon screen is loaded:
- com.sap.bcm.common.log.Log exception SEVERE: ...at java.awt.EventQueue.access$500(Unknown Source)
- INFO: SSO logon failed. Logon dialog will be displayed.
- SEVERE: Could not load default system settings com.sap.bcm.common.libipc.NotConnectedException
- SEVERE: null com.sap.bcm.common.libipc.NotConnectedException
- ....at com.sap.bcm.sc.controller.Controller.access$400(Controller.java:93)
- INFO: Timeout
- In the admin connection server log shows WRN> CosAuthentication: No Server available for Authentication
