2208641 - System Configurator Login is not possible after initial installation - SAP Contact Center

Symptom

  • You cannot log in to SC (System Configurator), despite the fact that the user and password you entered is correct
  • In SC log, you see the following error almost immediately after the SC logon screen is loaded:
    • com.sap.bcm.common.log.Log exception SEVERE: ...at java.awt.EventQueue.access$500(Unknown Source)
    • INFO: SSO logon failed. Logon dialog will be displayed.
    • SEVERE: Could not load default system settings com.sap.bcm.common.libipc.NotConnectedException
    • SEVERE: null com.sap.bcm.common.libipc.NotConnectedException
    • ....at com.sap.bcm.sc.controller.Controller.access$400(Controller.java:93)
    • INFO: Timeout
  • In the admin connection server log shows WRN> CosAuthentication: No Server available for Authentication
