2208643 - "Service Order ###### contains no service type items" - New service order cannot be transmitted - SAP CRM Service Manager 4.2

Symptom

New service orders cannot be transmitted to SAP CRM because of the displayed error on the client: "Service Order ###### contains no service type items" although there is a service type item on these new service orders.
