2209173 - How to Set the Business Partner ID when Activating a Company

You are activating a company in Organizational Management and want to know how to set the Business Partner ID that will be created for this company.

1. Go to Organizational Management work center
2. Select Org Structures view
3. Find your company
4. You don't know how to maintain the Business Partner ID for this Company

You can maintain it on field Internal Business Partner ID for your company.

You can find this field following the steps below

1. Go to Organizational Management work center.
2. Select Edit Org Structures under Common Tasks.
3. Highlight the Org Unit, which you would like to have as a Company.
4. Go to General tab.
5. Select External Business Identifiers link.
6. Here you can Enter the Internal Business Partner ID.
