2209581 - Can not instantiate SSO2 UI component, due to: null

Symptom

Single Sign-On with SAP logon tickets no longer works or your initial configuration didn't complete successfully. In Netweaver Administrator you try to access Configuration -> Security -> Trusted Systems -> Single Sign-On with SAP Logon Tickets and the following error is displayed in the browser:

can not instantiate SSO2 UI component, due to: null
******************************************************

You may also see the following errors in the troubleshooting wizard trace:
******************************************************
Error in retrieving keystore view []. The keystore view does not exist or user has no permission to read it. The default keystore view for SSO with SAP Logon Ticket is [TicketKeystore]. Check the login module options in [ticket] authentication stack and UME properties so that they point to the default keystore view. Failed to get ticket keystore. Exception message Remote call failed Caused by: java.io.IOException: Keystore view [] do not exists!
