2209886 - SMP OData client app stores dates in GMT format and not in the local time zone

Symptom

  • In a native Android application using OData, the date field is converted to the GregorianCalendar class of Java. The data is being stored to the ulltralite DB with the correct timezone: Amercia/Sao Paulo. However when it is retrieved from the database it is in GMT timezone.
