Symptom
"Your email address" is not editable/visible under Email Job to Friend.
Environment
SuccessFactors BizX - Recruiting Management(RCM)
Resolution
Expected Behavior : The email address of the user who has logged into the SuccessFactors instance is supposed to appear under “Your email address”.
Home-> Career-> Email Job to Friend
Your email address is not appearing.
Follow the below step to add email ID of user :
1. Admin tools-> Manage Users-> Search for user
2. Admin tool -> Employee Export -> export user file (Note : Always keep backup of the .csv file)
3. Add the email ID of the user
4. Admin tools -> Employee Import -> Choose file -> Import user file
5. You will see the "Your email address" field auto-populate with the user's email address from the user file as shown below :
