2210347 - Error on uploading or editing locally/online in KM

You are experiencing the following two issues in Knowledge Management in Enterprise portal :

1. Documents cannot be uploaded to certain folders and you get an error message 'error writing content'.

2. Existing documents (including html pages) cannot be edited locally / online if the size is more than few KBs. You get an error message 'A communication error occurred. <FileName> could not be uploaded'.

On analysing the trace file you see the following error logs getting recorded :
