We are facing major performance issue due to large amount of data in ADCP and USH04 tables in our CRM and Licensing systems. After going through class /GRCPI/CL_GRIA_USR method GET_USR_LIST, we analyzed that plugin system is querying:
" SELECT * FROM ush04 BYPASSING BUFFER WHERE modda BETWEEN lv_date_from AND lv_date_to AND bname IN it_usr_range. " and due to huge amount of data in USH04 table related to previous users creation and deletion, it is trying to query each listed user in table USH04 though it does not exist in USR02 and USR04 table. It is trying to pass users to GRC system which is 0. While doing query from USH04, it is trying to retrieve address data for those users from ADCP tables and it is taking a very long time to process.
It is throwing short dumps in plug in system related to roll memory and after increasing heap memory, it keeps on executing for a long time.
