2211203 - Error Message: Bank Account Number not Valid According to Check Digit Calculation Code

You get an error message when you try to add a New Bank Account.

1. Go to the Liquidity Management work center.
2. Go to the My Banks view.
3. Select the bank entity and click Edit Bank Accounts.
4. Create a new bank account record.
5. You get an Error Message: Bank Account Number Not Valid According To Check Digit Calculation Code.

Ideally system cannot mis-interpret the bank account number by itself.

The bank account number is checked against the Check digit calculation code provided in the Bank Directory of the My Bank.

The Check digit calculation code and the bank account number are to be provided by the bank.

You need to validate the check digit calculation code in the Bank Directory for My Banks and the bank account number with your bank.
