2211249 - Error Message "File could not be Parsed Successfully" While Importing .txt File in Languages Other Than English Using Mass Data Maintenance Work Center

When you are importing .txt file in Mass Data Maintenance Work Center in Language other than English system throws below error message(s).

"File could not be Parsed Successfully"

1. Go to the Mass Data Maintenance Work Center
2. Select Export Materials Link
3. Select Export to CSV File
4. Update the Material ID as 奥林巴斯ECHO用HOO for Language Chinese
5. Import the CSV file

The cause for the error here is that the .txt file which is getting uploaded is not encoded in proper format while saving it in the system to support other lanuages other than English

While uploading the file with .txt format, make sure that Encoding of the file of type UTF-8 whle saving the file. If you upload the .txt file with the encoding type UTF-8 then characters in other languages will not be replaced with zunk characters.
