dswsbobje does not support time zones. When passing a date to the server through the dswsbobje api, the date is shifted by the timezone offset of the server. Setting the Tomcat server's time to UTC solves the issue but then throws off the time in the CMC. Setting the timezone on EnterpriseCredential does not help.
