2211637 - Error 1.67.2.16 "Backup Server Internal Error in function 'fatoi'" when doing a remote load - SAP ASE

Symptom

  • Load the ASE 15.0/15.5 database dump into ASE 15.7 using a remote Backup Server at version 15.0 or 15.5.
  • The database load fails with the following error:

1> load database pubs2 from '/xxxx/xxxx/pubs2.dmp' at remote_backup_server_name
2> go
Backup Server session id is: 8. Use this value when executing the 'sp_volchanged' system stored procedure after fulfilling any volume change request from the Backup Server.
Backup Server: 1.67.2.16: Backup Server Internal Error in function 'fatoi'.
