SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

2211835 - Error V1302 - "Sales document is not in the database or has been archived" is issued in VA02/VA03

Symptom

In VA01 when saving the sales order, the system issues message "Order XXX has been saved". But when accessing the order in VA03/VA02, system issues error message V1302 - "Sales document & is not in the database or has been archived".
