Resolution
Engage your Implementation Partner or open a case under the component LOD-SF-PLT-PRV with the following information:
- CompanyID:
- Support Access:
- Request: Please, enable "Enable Effective Dated fields in Basic Import" in Provisioning
For Partner and Support Engineer:
- Access Provisioning > Company Settings;
- Search for Enable Effective Dated fields in Basic Import > Enable > Save.
NOTE: This scenario applied if you have Employee Central enabled, and you first need to enable "Effective Dated Data Platform — requires “Enable Generic Objects” and “Enable the Attachment Manager” in provisioning.
