- Looking at the table 'error_info' in the domainlogdb, there were many instances of this error:
"INSERT INTO DBA.error_info(id,nodeId,createTime,threadId,applicationId,packageName,domain,deviceId,requestId,mboName,operationName,userName,hasError,errorMessage,type,transactionId,rootContextId)
VALUES (7650579,'USHAPWP00091LB','2015-08-09 14:35:12.145',571,'','','hybridapps','','','','','hwcapp@hwcapps',1,n13,'Error',NULL,NULL)' - There were the same number of instances of this error appearing in the SMP server log:
"2015-08-11 20:10:13.613 DEBUG Security HttpChannel Thread-1069 [com.sybase.security.ldap.LDAPLoginModule] [] [] Error retrieving password expiration date: unable to determine the domain the user belongs to"
