Symptom

  • An error is displayed when receiving the preconsolidated data 
  • Error " Unknown error "
  • On the ctserver technical log , the following lines were identified

                       WARN transfer.task - Transfer archive was generated by an older version of product, pre-consolidated data reception might fail.

                        ERROR transfer.task.data - CCtPortableData::OnObjectsToReceive : %1 could not be found.

                        ERROR transfer.task.engine - CCtTransferEngine::LoadPortableData : %1 could not be found
