2212543 - How to enforce mitigation of only a specific type of Risk ID.

Symptom

The customer has a specific requirement that they only want to mitigate only a specific type of risk while running the risk analysis at the stage level. For example, the customer need to exclude any medium risk while running risk analysis consider only High risk so that only the High Risks are mitigated only the High risk and the medium and low risk can be ignored.
