Implementor wants to know if they can change the optional fields to mandatory fields and vice versa within the out-of-the-box SAP Agentry Mobile application by changing the values of ConfigPanel or just by a simple rule setting in the Eclipse Agentry Editor.
Objectives required/attempted:
Our operation requires field workers to type data into a number of fields while inputting in some of these fields are NOT mandatory by default on SAP CRM Service Manager.
We have tried changing some of such fields to 'mandatory' with ConfigPanel and Agentry Editor, whereas we were unsuccessful.
