2213203 - ORA-25128 occurs while running DML operations against a table

While running SAP dialog transactions or batch processing you are facing DUMPs or SYSLOG entries were you can see the following Oracle error:

ORA-25128: No insert/update/delete on table with constraint

Checking the corresponding SQL you can see it is a DML operation. The issue happens after you have successfully reorganized the table with BR*Tools.

You are using e.g. SAP IDM application and database constraints are in use as well.
