2213620 - BI 4.x - Error in BI Client tools: Cannot access the respository. (USR0013) [repo_proxy 13]

Symptom

In Universe Design Tool (UDT) (and in all other BI client tools) the following error appeare during connecting to the repository server:

Cannot access the respository. (USR0013) [repo_proxy 13] SessionFacade::openSessionLogon with user info has failed(Transport error: Communication failure.(FWM 00001) (hr=#0x80042a01)
