2213829 - When you make a recommendation in a worksheet and leave the browser, the form does not autocalculate the rest of the fields. - Compensation Management

In a compensation or variable pay worksheet you enter a recommendation in a field and go to another application and values do not autocalculate.  However when you tab to another field or click another field it autocalculates the referenced fields.

This is a javascript behaviour with the browser.  The browser needs to know when you are done with entering a value to know to calculate.  If you go to another application and come back it does not know that you're done until you either tab or go to another field in that worksheet to fill in.

When you are entering recommendations in a worksheet either tab to the next field or go to the next field before you go to another application.  It'll calculate after you save either way but it'll provide a consistent experience.
