• Document Center Rights
• Users that have access to Document Center can see All Documents
• Users should only view certain documents

• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Create a group with Role Document Center
2. Check preferred “Allow” options
3. Click Create and Assign
    
4. When the below window appears in the dropdown Select “Document Name”
   
   
5. Enter Condition Value “enter the Document Name”
6. Click Add
   
7. Repeat step 4 & 6 for every document user should have access to
8. After you have added all the documents that should be made available to the Group, click Apply changes and Submit
9. Add the user to the group
