2213849 - OSS Connection Issue when Updating Solution Manager Technical Monitoring Content.

Symptom

  • When attempting to update content in Step 2.7 of Technical Monitoring setup, following warning is getting displayed:
    "SAP content update information not available. Check if OSS connection is available."

  • In Some cases, when the 'Analyze Impact before Update' in step 2.7 - Update Content button is clicked, the following error is encountered:
    No results displayed for 'Analyse impact before update'. Clicking this link opens an empty window.
