2213856 - Unable to view details in Message Status Overview

Symptom

When you try to view the details of Message Status Overview in Message Monitor, it fails with error:

Could not connect to message processing system - java.lang.NoSuchMethodError:
com.sap.aii.af.service.statistic.ViewDataManager.getHash([Lcom/sap/aii/af/service/statistic/IViewData;)
[[B; check the log files or contact support for further assistance

However, if you try to monitor messages in the tab of Databse, it works.
