Symptom

  • The error "A technical user has not been defined." is received when an Alert notification is set in ESP Cockpit.
  • This error appears when using a cluster server other than the default cluster server 'esp1'.
  • If ESP is upgraded from SP04 or earlier to SP08 or later and the previous setting is migrated to the non-'esp1' cluster server, this error will appear:
