Why do Internal Users receive system generated emails informing them that the relevant Purge Job has been completed?

Cause
The system automatically sends email notifications to whoever is entitled to receive it. In this example, purge notification will be sent to users who:
- are approvers of purge rule:
- have access/permissions to "Data Management" and "Maintenance Monitor" in Admin Tools:
Resolution
If you do not wish some users to receive the notification exclude them from purge rule or revoke permissions to see Data Management and Maintenance Monitor from Admin Tools.
