2214206 - How to confirm if planner/manager is eligible for a compensation plan?

Symptom

  • Planner Mode in Compensation.
  • Forms not being created for planner/manager

Resolution

When using planner hierarchy comp-plan-creation rollup-users="1" the planner should be eligible for the compensation plan.

To check if the planner/manager is eligible:

  1. Go Admin Tools
  2. Compensation Home
  3. Compensation Template
  4. Plan Setup
  5. Manage Users
  6. Define Planners
  7. At 'Troubleshooting Information', select 'Export Ineligible Users'
  8. From the excel file that will open, research for the manager in question
  9. If you find the manager name in the report, this means that the manager is not eligible for the plan
