2214210 - Priority Reports Not Visible in Home Work Center

You are not able to see the Priority Reports section in the Overview of the Home work center, and you are not able to add it via Personalize.

1. Go to the Home work center - Overview.
2. Click the Personalize Overview button or the Personalize Layout button.

Priority Reports is not available to be added.

You are not assigned to the Corporate Performance work center. Without this work center however, the priority reports cannot be shown in the Home Overview.

If you wish to see Priority Reports in the Home Overview then you need to be assigned to the work centre Corporate Performance (CPM_CORPORATEPERFORMANCE).
