2214449 - Reset value/quantity field function of tcode KE4W doesn't work for Sales order settlement

Symptom

Customer has configured "Reset Value/Qty. fields" settings in T-code: KE4W to reset value of certain value/quantity field to "0" for one billing type. However the settings do not work when during settlement in T-code:VA88. The settings work fine when the value flows to CO-PA for billing document.
