2214492 - Software Provisioning Manager error: FJS-00003 TypeError: jprops.get("src.decluster") has no properties

Database import of system copy using Software Provisioning Manager (SAP note #1680045) failed in the step createPropertyFileForMigrationMonitor  

Sapinst_dev.log contains the following lines:
