Deploying the CAF-UM components fails with the following error in the SDM logs:
Caught exception during application startup from SAP J2EE Engine's deploy service:
java.rmi.RemoteException: Error occurred while starting application sap.com/caf/um/relgroups/test and wait. Reason: Clusterwide exception: server ID 4187650:com.sap.engine.services.deploy.container.DeploymentException: Clusterwide exception: Failed to prepare application sap.com/caf~um~relgroups~test for startup. Reason=Clusterwide exception: Failed to start dependent service ''caf~um~relgroups~imp'' of application ''sap.com/caf~um~relgroups~test''. Reason = Cannot start service caf~um~relgroups~imp; it has hard reference to service caf~um~metadata~imp with manual startup mode.
