This note explains how to configure the email notification for Aggregate Export reports.

SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

Once running the Aggregate Export the following message appears:

"Your report has been scheduled. An email will be sent to you (if email enabled) when the report is ready for download. You can check the status and retrieve results in Scheduled Reports"

To receive the email notification for Aggregate Export:

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Company Settings
3. E-Mail Notification Templates Settings
4. Enable and configure the three following options:

• Scheduled Report Failure Notification
• Scheduled Report Warning Notification
• Scheduled Report Success Notification
