Symptom

The delta (or initialization) with Datasource 0HR_PT_1/2/3  fails with the following short dump:

Runtime Errors SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC
Except. CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB
ABAP Program SAPLHRMS_BIW_PTDW
| "DBSQL_DUPLICATE_KEY_ERROR" CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB |
| "SAPLHRMS_BIW_PTDW" or LHRMS_BIW_PTDWU27 |
| "HRMS_BIW_TIME_UPDATE"

In case of an ODP scenario, the following log will be shown in the ODQ* job:

Exception DBSQL_DUPLICATE_KEY_ERROR occurred in line 31 of include LHRMS_BIW_PTDWU27 (program SAPLHRMS_BIW_PTDW)
Exception UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION occurred in line 1 of include LHRMS_BIW_PTDWU27 (program SAPLHRMS_BIW_PTDW)
Exception occurred in line 224 of include CL_RODPS_DATASOURCE_MODEL=====CM006
