2214952 - Assigned value is not updated after run T-code: KAFD

Symptom

The assigned value in KO23/CJ31 is not updated automatically after customer executed T-code:KAFD for receiver internal order/WBS element. However if customer tries to do actual posting for this object(internal order/WBS), the cost that transferred to internal order/WBS element is considered as  consumed costs.
